To ensure a high level of customer service we need to know the best person to contact in your Department for a range of queries.
Please complete the Client Information Form with the contact details of the following people and locations:
· Stock maintenance – who should our Inventory Manager contact for stock queries?
· Invoices/billing - who is responsible for authorising payments?
· Reports – who should we send the Monthly and Stock on Hand reports to?
· Service level agreement – who should we contact if there are any changes or queries?
· Postal address – what is your main postal address?
· Delivery Address – where should we deliver your orders to?
