Action 3: Product information
To allow the community to search and locate your products easily on The Queensland Government Bookshop website, it is important to provide as much detailed information to describe each product.
Please download and complete the Product Information Form for each product and insert your Account Number at the top of the form. The SDS Product code is only required where you are providing changes to existing products.
Please direct any questions regarding this form to bookshop@sds.qld.gov.au

If you have indicated that the product is available for download on the Product Information Form, include a PDF of the product with the completed form (please send via CD if there are multiple products not suitable for email).

If the product is being distributed using our Print on Demand service, the PDF must conform to specifications which are available by request.

Send the product image (Jpeg preferred) with the completed form (please send via CD if there are multiple products not suitable for email).

A sample of the product is mandatory as part of the setting up process. Please send a product sample promptly to SDS Publications, PO Box 5506, Brendale 4500.
Unfortunately we are unable to list products until a sample has been received.
Please allow five working days for products to be added to our inventory management systems and website.
